Dear Parents:
Here is this weeks concession stand assignments. You will not be asked to volunteer at the stand during your child's (ren's) game. Assignments are made before or after your game. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. Some of you have been assigned to help even though you did not originally sign up. Every year, as we deplete our volunteer list, we have to make assignments to make it fair to all in the organization. Everyone’s help is needed. You will only be asked to work once. However, please let us know if you are willing to help more; we can absolutely use the assistance. If for any reason you cannot make your assigned day and time, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Any member of your family can help; moms, dads and siblings over 18 years of age are welcome. There will be a sign in sheet in each concession stand. Please sign in so we can better coordinate our volunteers.

We would like to thank everyone who helped in the concession stand throughout the 2009 year. We appreciate those of you who assisted (or provided a replacement) during your scheduled time, those of you who wanted to lend a hand longer than you had to, and those of you who volunteered more than once. Each one of you has been noticed and we are thankful for you.
A deserving thanks also goes out to those of you who sent in delicious food items. Your donations have made our concession stand extra special.
