INFORMATION
An additional sign up date has been added. Final sign ups for cheer & football will be held on Tuesday, May 21st from 5:00 – 6:30 at Ackerly baseball field.
Please print, fill out and bring all forms to sign-ups during one of the dates listed above.
All four forms must be filled out for both football and cheerleading.
** Also new for this year, ALL PARTICIPANTS (FOOTBALL & CHEER) on all squads must bring a recent wallet size photo. This applies to both new & current players and cheerleaders. Photos will be kept on file and will not be returned.
